Process
Four steps, with a decision point at each
Designed so you never commit to more than the next step — and so the advice at each one has nothing to protect.
- 1
Introductory Call
A brief, no-cost conversation about your organization, your plans, and what you want funding to support. Its purpose is narrow and honest: to determine whether a paid funding assessment is worthwhile. A call cannot determine eligibility — the assessment exists for that.
No cost · No preparation required
- 2
Funding Assessment
A written review of your fit and eligibility against named programs — government, foundation, corporate, or industry — with documentation requirements, intake timing, and an honest read on competitiveness. If the honest answer is that nothing fits right now, the assessment says exactly that — with what would need to change.
Begins at CAD $399 · Written deliverable
- 3
Scoped Engagement
Where the assessment supports going further: a funding roadmap, application development, or the financial documents a program requires. Each carries a defined deliverable and a single quoted price — nothing proceeds until you approve both.
Fixed fee, confirmed in writing
- 4
Reporting & Follow-through
After an award, obligations begin: claims, milestone reports, records, and deadlines. We build the reporting calendar and either support your team or handle the preparation — and for organizations planning beyond one application, standing advisory keeps the next opportunity in view.
Scoped per engagement
Start at step one.
The introductory call carries no cost and no obligation — and if funding is not a fit for your plans right now, you will hear that clearly.
