Scope of services
Northward Advisory provides grant, funding, business-planning, and financial-modelling support. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, immigration, or assurance services. Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant government or funding organization, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Professional boundaries
Northward Advisory is not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a licensed financial-services provider, and its personnel do not use protected professional titles. Where a matter requires a licensed professional — legal, accounting, tax, investment, immigration, or assurance — we identify that need and refer clients to appropriately qualified external professionals.
Fees
Engagements are priced using transparent flat fees based on scope, complexity, and timeline, confirmed in writing before work begins. Northward does not accept percentage-of-funding or success-based compensation. Government filing fees and third-party costs, where applicable, are separate from professional fees.
Outcomes
Funding, program, and application decisions are made solely by the relevant government or funding organization. Northward makes no representations or guarantees regarding the outcome of any application, assessment, or engagement, and past experience does not predict future results.
Confidentiality and information handling
Information provided to Northward is used only to deliver the engagement for which it was provided. Clients are asked not to send confidential financial information through the website contact form; secure channels are established at engagement.
