Depending on your needs, we may recommend a detailed funding assessment — a written review of relevant opportunities and your eligibility against their published criteria, with documentation requirements, timing and an honest read on competitiveness — or go directly to an application engagement or ongoing advisory if your funding needs are already clear.

Scoped Engagement
Application development, grant budgets, a funding roadmap, or ongoing and fractional funding advisory. Each carries a defined scope and agreed fees — nothing proceeds until you approve both.

After an award, obligations begin: claims, milestone reports, records, and deadlines. We build the reporting calendar and either support your team or handle the preparation — and for organizations planning beyond one application, standing advisory keeps the next opportunity in view.
