When you book a call, the booking is handled by our scheduling provider, which collects the details you enter there. We also use privacy-focused website analytics, which record anonymized, aggregate data to help us understand site traffic and performance.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation with you, and, if you become a client, deliver the engagement you request. We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Service providers
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery service, and introductory calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling service. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. Please do not send confidential financial information through the website form; secure channels are established at the start of an engagement.
